A journalism profession strengthened by generations of Black leaders who mentor, inspire and create lasting change.
Project Goal
The Brotherhood in Media project’s goal is to strengthen communication across generations of Black men by developing leadership, professional excellence, and personal influence. Through a structured four-phase, 12-month mentoring program, participants gain the skills, insights, and relationships needed to navigate and succeed in today’s evolving media landscape.
